We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

The return address may differ from the address your original order was shipped from.
My Order Is Damaged – What Should I Do?
Please send a photo or a short video clearly showing the damage or quality issue.
The product should be photographed on a flat surface, with both the brand logo and the defect clearly visible.
This helps us process your request quickly and improve our processes.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the damaged product.
Returns in 4 Simple Steps

Send an email to info@noveraunique.com to request a return form. Carefully read the conditions before sending the product to our sorting center.

Complete the return form.

Send your order together with the completed return form to the specified address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Make sure the shipment has a tracking number.

Once we have received the package, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 5 days.
Exchanges in 4 Steps

Our team reviews the product based on the provided images/videos.

Once approved, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost.

Refunds
Once we have received your return and verified that the product is unopened and unused, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Please contact us after shipping your return and share the tracking number so we can process your refund more quickly.
Your bank or payment provider may require 3–5 business days to complete the refund.

1. Cancellation and Exchange

Once an order has been placed through our website, you may cancel or modify it by sending an email to info@noveraunique.com.

Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
Instead, the order must be returned in accordance with Section 10 below.
Since our products are shipped from Asia, longer delivery times may occur, which are beyond our control.
If the item is already on its way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the item and then return it. You may inform us of your cancellation in advance.
An early refund is only possible 16 weeks after the order date if the goods have not arrived.

We use a fully automated system, and order processing begins immediately after an order is placed.
Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process once it has started.
A refund before the goods are received is only possible within 15 minutes after the order has been placed.
2. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our website.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may send us an email stating which product you wish to return.
The right of withdrawal is 30 days from the date you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) received the last product.

The return shipment and all related costs are paid by the customer.

The customer is only entitled to a refund once the product has been received by us.
Returned products are inspected upon arrival.

The product must be returned in the same condition as received and must be properly packaged.
The product must be unused, tags must not be removed, and the original packaging must be intact.
If a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. This also applies to damaged products.

Our processing time for returns depends on your order.
You will receive your refund within 30 days after we have received and approved the return.

If we are satisfied with the condition of the product, we will send a confirmation email that the return has been approved.
The refund will then be processed to the original payment method.
No storage fees are charged for returned products.

The cancellation is considered complete once we have received the physical return.

Since our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer than expected.
