Answer: In 99% of cases, orders arrive within the expected delivery time. However, delays may occasionally occur in the delivery process.

Question: Some items are missing from my order – how is that possible?

Answer: Because we work with multiple suppliers, products may be shipped separately. Missing items are usually delivered within 2–3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Question: How much does shipping cost?

Answer: Shipping is free.

Question: I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?

Answer: Yes, you can return any order within 30 days without providing a reason.

Question: How do I return an item?

Answer: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receiving the item.

Products must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached, and without any signs of use.

All returns must be sent with a tracking number (Track & Trace). The sender is always responsible for the return shipment.

Once we have received your returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

Question: The tracking information shows no updates – why?

Answer: Tracking information becomes available once your package has reached the shipping carrier. Please note that there may be a short delay before the information is displayed.
